Common questions
My Xbox turns itself off during games — is that heat?
Usually, yes. Consoles shut down to protect themselves when they can't shed heat. A deep clean and repaste fixes the cause in most cases; if diagnostics point at something else, we'll tell you before any repair work.

Series X, Series S and all Xbox One variants. For older 360-era consoles, send an enquiry first — we'll be honest about whether a service is worth it for your machine.
How long will I be without my console?
It's back in the post within 5 working days of arriving with us, usually sooner. You'll get an email when it arrives and another with tracking when it's on its way back.
